Position: 1 Site Superintendent

1. Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on the project site
2. Ensure all construction activities are in compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and plans
3. Implement and maintain a comprehensive site safety program
4. Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel, including subcontractors and staff
5. Communicate project status and address any issues with project owners and stakeholders
6. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion
7. Provide quality control and inspection for all construction activities
8. Solve problems and make decisions related to the project
9. Build and maintain positive relationships with project owners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
3. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead construction crews
