About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success & Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This is a full-time position based in our Cebu office, offering an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on client satisfaction and revenue generation.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our organisation, ensuring their success whilst identifying opportunities to expand our business relationships. You will combine proactive customer support with consultative selling techniques to deliver value to our clients and drive sustainable growth.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage and nurture existing customer relationships through regular check-ins, product education, and personalised support to ensure satisfaction and retention
  2. Identify and act upon upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
  3. Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to prospective clients, presenting product benefits and addressing objections with professionalism and confidence
  4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
  5. Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and demos to qualified leads via phone, email, and video conferencing
  6. Collaborate with internal teams including product, technical support, and management to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer experience
  7. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  8. Document customer feedback and market insights to inform product improvements and sales strategy refinement
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance your sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience in inside sales, customer success, or a related customer-facing sales role, ideally within a BPO or service-based industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships effectively
  3. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  4. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly master new software systems
  5. Excellent listening skills and a consultative approach to understanding and solving customer challenges
  6. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing customer accounts and sales documentation
  8. Native or fluent English language proficiency with clear articulation and professional communication abilities
  9. Preferred: experience in software as a service (SaaS), telecommunications, or outsourcing services sectors
  10. Preferred: certification or formal training in sales methodologies such as consultative selling or solution selling
