Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development- Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Present products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve individual performance targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Qualifications
Required- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in a BPO, contact center, or customer-facing environment.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Previous experience supporting Amazon, Ring, telecommunications, technology, or similar accounts.
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, upselling, or account management.
- Background in high-volume sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
