Job Description:

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct calls to potential clients and introduce them to our company's services
• Schedule follow up appointments for our sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
• Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Keep track of all call activities and update the CRM system
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times

Requirements:

• Prior customer service or telesales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems
• Knowledge of performance-based marketing is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
