About the role

UnifyCX is seeking a Fixed Term Recruiter to join our Human Resources & Recruitment team on a contract basis. This role is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila and offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our recruitment initiatives during this defined engagement period.

As a Fixed Term Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and screening talent to support UnifyCX's business growth and operational objectives. This position is integral to our recruitment function, enabling us to build high-performing teams across the organisation whilst maintaining our commitment to finding the best talent in the market.

• Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Screening candidate applications and conducting initial telephone or video interviews to assess suitability for open positions
• Coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and liaising between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining accurate and organised recruitment records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Preparing job descriptions and recruitment briefs in collaboration with hiring managers
• Building and nurturing a talent pipeline for current and future organisational needs
• Providing recruitment updates and progress reports to relevant stakeholders
• Supporting the onboarding process for successfully hired candidates
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Identifying trends in the recruitment market and recommending improvements to recruitment processes

• Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a professional services, customer experience, or similar commercial environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening techniques
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent recruitment projects
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining recruitment documentation and candidate information
• Familiarity with employment legislation and recruitment compliance requirements in the Philippines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software
• A proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving with a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunities
