What You'll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search
- Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain pipelines for niche IT roles (Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering)
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of solid technical recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technical skill sets
- Familiarity with Boolean search and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
