In this role, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of positions, including senior-level and specialized roles across multiple business functions. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, talent market insights, and strong business partnerships to attract and secure top talent.As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while helping the business achieve its growth objectives.
Role Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas, from talent sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Source, screen, assess, and qualify internal and external candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and sourcing methodologies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and guide decision-making throughout the recruitment process.
- Present qualified candidate shortlists and facilitate interview and selection activities.
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate offer preparation, pre-employment requirements, onboarding activities, and a seamless new hire experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies to manage workflows, analyze recruitment metrics, and provide reporting.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex recruitment challenges while ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Act as a mentor and knowledge resource for less experienced recruiters, sharing best practices and providing guidance when needed.
- Support the execution of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities.
- Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for professional, technical, and senior-level positions.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for manager and senior manager-level roles across the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage hiring processes effectively.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional talent markets, with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Proven ability to analyze recruitment data, talent trends, and market insights to support hiring decisions.
- Experience working collaboratively with local and global stakeholders in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, applying sound judgment and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
