Roll Forming Machine Operator

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Roll Forming Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain roll forming equipment. The ideal candidate has experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing, pays close attention to detail, and follows safety procedures at all times.

• Set up and operate roll forming machines according to production requirements
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper shaping and dimensions of materials
• Monitor machine performance and product quality during operation
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production targets

• High school diploma or vocational/technical training preferred
• Previous experience in roll forming, metal fabrication, or similar manufacturing role is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and measurements
• Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, tape measure)
• Fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience with automated or CNC-controlled machines
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting knowledge
• Forklift operation experience
