The Opportunity
Teleperformance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our Logistics Account team based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of operations staff to achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators
- Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimisation
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain quality and compliance standards
- Provide coaching and training to operations staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilisation to meet fluctuating business demands
- Identify and escalate risks and issues to management, proposing solutions to mitigate them
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the logistics or transportation industry
- Strong operational and process management skills, with the ability to implement and monitor key performance indicators
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and creating reports to support decision-making
- Familiarity with logistics operations, including warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
