- Provide strong management and leadership to help the business achieve its strategic goals.

- Lead and oversee operations across Account Management, Compliance, and Market Analysis teams, ensuring outputs, goals, and service standards align with company strategy.
- Facilitate coordination and clear communication between technical and non-technical departments.

- Drive consistent execution of daily business functions, including reporting, client deliverables, and operational work flows.
- Ensure company plans, commitments, and operational targets are delivered on time and to standard.
- Monitor deliverables across departments to maintain high-quality, consistent output.
- Identify opportunities for improvement by streamlining internal processes and enhancing work flows.
- Oversee team performance, development, and KPIs; implement regular reviews, professional growth plans, and foster team cohesion.
- Provide operational support across HR, IT, Finance, and Project Management, ensuring policies, systems, and processes function effectively and consistently throughout the company.
- Senior management experience in a high-growth or fast-paced fintech or similar environment.
- Hands-on leader, willing to roll up sleeves and actively contribute to company expansion initiatives.
- Background in compliance-focused or regulated industries is preferred.
- Proven ability to stay organised and effectively manage multiple projects, teams, and competing priorities across departments.
- Strong execution skills, outgoing personality, and a bias for action and follow-through.
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to oversee high-volume work flows while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Skilled at developing and maintaining operational processes, KPIs, and staff development programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead clearly and influence effectively.
- Master's degree in business administration, management, or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Philippines; familiarity with local business culture is an advantage.
