1. Coordinate daily quality control operations with Thai teams, serving as the primary communication bridge to ensure accurate translation and alignment of technical, quality, and UHT coconut milk production information.
2. Oversee and monitor all stages of UHT coconut milk production, ensuring proper control of processing parameters (time, temperature, sterilization) for product consistency and safety.
3. Conduct inspection and evaluation of raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
4. Implement and maintain food safety systems such as HACCP, GMP, and sanitation standards, ensuring adherence to local and international regulatory requirements.
5. Maintain accurate records of quality checks, reports, audits, and project timelines; investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with production and logistics teams; assist in resolving technical issues; support management initiatives; and train staff on quality standards, SOPs, and food safety practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proficient in Thai and English (both written and spoken) to support effective communication in a multinational environment
• Bachelor of administration major in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management Food Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
• At least 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality control, or supply chain operations; experience in UHT coconut milk production is an advantage
• Basic understanding (or willingness to learn) food safety standards such as HACCP, and GMP
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
