Quality Control Manager (Thai & English)
  • Proficient in Thai and English (both written and spoken) to support effective communication in a multinational environment
  • Bachelor of administration major in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management Food Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in food manufacturing or quality control, with significant management experience; experience in UHT coconut milk production is highly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional coordination
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills

Qualifications/Requirements

Quality Control Manager (Thai & English)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and coordinate daily quality control operations between Thai teams, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure accurate communication, alignment of technical requirements, and consistency in quality standards and UHT coconut milk production processes.
  2. Supervise and ensure control of all stages of UHT coconut milk production, with strict monitoring of critical process parameters (e.g., time, temperature, pressure, and sterilization conditions) to guarantee product safety, stability, and consistency.
  3. Lead the inspection, testing, and verification of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring full compliance with established specifications, supplier quality requirements, and food safety standards.
  4. Develop, implement, and continuously improve food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and prerequisite programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable local and international regulatory requirements and certifications.
  5. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of quality documentation, including laboratory test results, inspection reports, audit findings, and production records; lead investigations of non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues, optimize processes, and support operational excellence initiatives.
  7. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to quality and production personnel on quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and food safety practices to promote a strong culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
