Sales Operations Lead (Industrial Engineer Graduate)

A Sales Operations Executive is responsible for supporting and optimizing the sales process to improve efficiency and sales performance. They analyze sales data, manage the sales pipeline, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement changes to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Maintain and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate data and streamline sales activities.
• Identify, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Support the sales team by providing data-driven insights, reporting, and process guidance.
• Assist in implementing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and achieve company goals.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and align sales efforts.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineer or any related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and revenue metrics.
