Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Associate to support the daily operational and administrative functions of the Sales team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficiency of sales processes and the accuracy of reporting and data management.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel, SAP, and Power BI, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including processing documents, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage and monitor sales data, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into systems such as SAP.
  • Generate, maintain, and analyze regular reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.
  • Assist in sales performance tracking, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure alignment on data and processes.
  • Prepare and organize materials for business reviews, sales meetings, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and pricing files.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of sales programs, discounts, and trade promotions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies between systems.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal sales processes and reporting workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Admin Support, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis tools).
  • Working knowledge of SAP (preferably Sales & Distribution module).
  • Experience in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of sales KPIs and CRM tools.
  • Experience in the FMCG, retail, or distribution industries.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data query tools.
