Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for Japanese-proficient trainers with experience in virtual learning, LMS platforms, coaching, and quality-focused training who want a stable, growth-oriented career supported by Emapta's award-winning culture and global career pathways.

• Native Japanese proficiency or JLPT N1/N2 certification, with confidence facilitating training and coaching in Japanese
• At least 5 years of experience in training, coaching, learning delivery, or performance enablement roles
• Knowledge of self-paced, blended, modular, instructor-led, and structured learning methods
• Strong virtual facilitation, presentation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience developing and delivering programs through LMS, e-learning tools, virtual classrooms, or digital learning platforms
• Ability to support continuous learning initiatives that improve learner confidence, knowledge retention, service quality, and performance outcomes
• Ability to turn complex information, workflows, and procedures into clear, practical, and engaging learning content
• Familiarity with QA frameworks, quality standards, performance reviews, CSAT, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Comfortable collaborating with global and remote teams across different time zones
• Experience supporting enterprise stakeholders, business operations, distributed teams, or cross-functional groups

• Facilitate live virtual training, webinars, and guided learning sessions for remote support teams handling chat and voice interactions.
• Transform existing resources, tools, and source materials into clear, engaging, and structured training content.
• Use learning platforms and training systems to deliver onboarding programs and support learner engagement.
• Assess learner readiness through quizzes, roleplays, skills checks, and other knowledge validation activities.
• Provide early production support to build learner confidence, reinforce quality standards, and improve performance readiness.
