BPO Training Specialist

About the role

As a BPO Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to support the professional development of our employees. This full-time, on-site role in Kawit Cavite will be instrumental in ensuring our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles and drive the success of our BPO operations.

1. Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials to address the specific learning needs of our BPO staff
2. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, using a variety of instructional methods and technologies
3. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements to enhance learning outcomes
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to align training content with business objectives
5. Provide ongoing coaching and support to help BPO employees apply their learning on the job
6. Maintain detailed training records and generate reports to track progress and outcomes

1. Proven experience as a corporate trainer or instructional designer, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment
2. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners
3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the latest training methodologies
4. Proficient in developing training materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and assessment tools
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate the impact of training programs
