Job Title: Finance Staff

Job Overview

The Finance Staff is responsible for supporting the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, and management reporting activities. This role ensures accurate financial analysis, project cost tracking, budget control, and timely submission of internal and external financial reports.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze financial results, identify variances against budget and forecast, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Monitor project costs, material consumption, labor/manhour utilization, and inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage budget allocation, expense tracking, and budget utilization, including the preparation of budget estimates and actual-versus-budget analyses.
  • Prepare and submit sales, debit, inventory, capital investment, and other management reports required by internal stakeholders and headquarters.
  • Support project costing, quotations, cost rate calculations, and financial close-out activities for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Perform financial data reconciliation, maintain cost monitoring records, and continuously improve reporting processes and data accuracy.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, or related finance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience in project cost monitoring and inventory analysis is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
