Finance Specialist (Philippines Based）

About the role; We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist to join our team at SEG MANUFACTURING PHILIPPINES INC in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our organization, overseeing daily of Finance, also ensuring effective communication with other department and third parties.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with comprehensive financial expertise.
2. Proficient in manufacturing cost accounting, with strong cost management and risk control capabilities.
3. Familiar with local financial and tax policies and regulations in the Philippines (including BIR, PEZA, etc.).
4. This position is based in Cebu, Philippines, and requires Philippine nationality.
5. English language skills are required and Chinese language skills are preferred.
6. Skilled in using ERP software and Microsoft Office.
7. Familiar with bank payment operations.
8. Willing to join immediately and work in Phillipines (PHI).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review reimbursement requests and payment applications;
2. Prepare accounting vouchers in the ERP system;
3. Support cost accounting and analysis for manufacturing operations;
4. Assist in tax filing preparations (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) and maintain tax records.
5. Handle bank payment operations and assist in cash flow management.
6. Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) reconciliation.
7. Participate in inventory and fixed asset counts.
8. Maintain financial documents and archives in an orderly manner.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the Finance Supervisor.
