We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Assistant to join our dynamic HR team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and record management.
Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and support in resolving HR-related issues.
- Help prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
