Variance Trading Corporation is one of the leading distributors of high-quality medical equipment and consumable nationwide.

We are urgently in need of a Professional Medical Representative who shares the same goals and passion in providing high-quality healthcare products and services in developing health status and quality life.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred Graduate of BS Medical Technology, BS Nursing, Biochemistry or related Medical Course
• 1-3 Years of experience in the same field.
• PRC License is an advantage but not required
• Preferably with experienced in Medical Distributor companies
• Knowledge of sales strategies, planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenter
• Self-motivated and positive
• Outgoing and friendly: Enthusiastic, energetic
• “Can do” attitude

• Achieve the business goals including revenue, inventory review, sales forecasting, and business growth for all product portfolio.
• Provides monthly business review to exhibit achievement of sales goals in all assigned accounts.
• Provide technical back up with the end-users and technical supports, as required.
• Monitor Sales Funnels activity in the field and develop strategies and tactics to deal effectively
• Complete surveys which provide assessment of customer satisfaction of Key markets and accounts.
• Working with field service engineer, warehouse, sales & marketing coordinator and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
