What you'll be doing- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service processes
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanour that puts customers at ease
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
