Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for high impact positions across the US. This role requires a proactive and performance-oriented professional who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and is passionate about delivering results.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, HR, and Administration, from entry-level to leadership roles. You will be expected to work closely with hiring managers, meet and exceed hiring targets, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining alignment with business goals and company culture.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management
  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for roles in the US using various platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, networks, referrals and recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates to fill current and future positions.
  • Create projects to ensure a solid pipeline of candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels tailored for region.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze candidates' capabilities and culture fit.
  • Interview candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build influential relationships with candidates during the hiring process.
Hiring Manager Engagement
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Provide guidance on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends in the US and the Philippines.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure recruitment processes adhere to US labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the preparation and collection of employment documentation, including contracts and pre- employment requirements.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
  • Familiarity with the Top grading Methodology a plus but not required.
Employer Branding & Community Engagement
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing IT By Design’s culture and values to external candidates.
  • Understand IT By Design’s mission, products, services, and culture to promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with exposure to US.
  • Proven work experience of sourcing and hiring for US across multi-levels and functions for roles in Sales, Marketing, HR, Admin, Customer Experience, Finance & Leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of results-oriented sourcing methods.
  • Solid ability to screen applicants and conduct different types of interviews.
  • Strong working experience on recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and local job boards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
