Accounts Payable Accountant (Night Shift)
- Invoice Processing and Validation
- Sorting of Invoices via generic AP mailbox
- Supplier Feedback and Issue Handling
- Manage queries received in AP Mailbox
- Reconciliation of Vendors Account
- Account Management
- Sort, Review, Match, and Process invoices
- Keeps abreast with the latest on Information Technology.
- Assists training of new users in SAP
- Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
- Completes special projects as assigned by AP Team Leader and assists team members as required to provide accounting service to customer.
- Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Accountancy or Finance.
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounts payable role.
- Must be amenable to work a night-shift.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up).
