What You'll Be Doing

You’ll assist with diverse operational and admin duties, including:

• ✅ Link Suggestions – Identify relevant backlink opportunities using the internal database and log them for client reporting
• ✅ Lead Management – Track and follow up with leads, support retention using the CRM
• ✅ Campaign Management – Oversee backlink orders, check for quality, and compile delivery reports
• ✅ Marketing Support – Send newsletters, upload blog content, and distribute posts to forums
• ✅ Database Maintenance – Keep outreach data, publisher lists, and contact records organized and current

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Google Drive, Docs, ChatGPT, Monday.com, Ahrefs, MailerLite, Webflow
• SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with domain rating (DR), organic traffic metrics, backlinks, and anchors
• Strong Communicator: Clear, proactive communication is a must
• Detail-Oriented: You double-check your work and raise questions when needed
• Self-Starter: You can follow SOPs, work independently, and suggest improvements
