Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in managing operations within the quick-service or food retail industry
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and develop team members
- Effective in handling workplace concerns and resolving conflicts professionally
- Proactive, dependable, and objective in decision-making
- Knowledgeable in daily business operations, including Sales monitoring and reporting, Inventory management, Stock ordering processes, Basic financial reports (e.g., profit and loss)
- Willing to undergo training in NCR for almost 2 months before actual deployment
- Ready to start as soon as possible
- Preferably located near SM Center Dagupan
- Entitled to government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
