Role Overview:

• Schedule: This role requires commitment, with a 6-day work week and availability on weekends and holidays as needed to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Location: Available positions in Manila City and Quezon City
• Responsibilities: Oversee plant operations, manage maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and safety in our facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)
• Hands-on experience in plant operations, production management, or food manufacturing engineering
• Ability to commit to a 6-day work week and flexible schedule
