Client and Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to current clientsEnsure client satisfaction and address any concerns to maintain long-term partnerships, Market Research and Intelligence: Gather and analyze data on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Provide insights to leadership on potential areas for growth within existing markets.Conduct market research to identify engineering project opportunities, prospective clients, and bidding projects that the company can join.
Internal Collaboration:Work closely with project managers, designers, engineers, and other internal teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored to current clients and internal stakeholders.
Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and bids for existing clients or on continuing projects
Ensure that proposals align with client expectations and project requirements
Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic business plans to move prospects through the sales funnel towards a successful project kickoff.
Contribute to the firm's long-term business development strategy by providing insights based on client feedback and market conditions.

Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably 3-5 years' experience, specializing in Proposal Preparation, Marketing and Business Development.
Salary Package: 35, 000-40,000+incentive based on the company's incentive policy
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in end-to-end business development, with a proven history of generating qualified leads and closing deals that lead to awarded projects.
Pipeline Management: Experience in creating, managing, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, from initial lead identification to final contract signing and implementation.
Experience Level: Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales, with a strong focus on proposal preparation and client acquisition.
Consultancy Background: Experience in architecture or engineering consultancy is a plus, with an understanding of project bidding processes.
Strategic Growth: Strong New Business Development skills, including the ability to identify, pursue, and secure growth opportunities within target markets.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills to engage clients and partners professionally, ensuring high conversion rates.
Proposal Management: Proven ability to develop compelling business proposals, technical bids, and service quotes that align with client requirements.Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
