ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you will deliver advanced technical support for MSP partners and clients, troubleshoot complex issues, resolve tickets promptly, and monitor systems to prevent problems.- Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions
- Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software
- Additional general administration tasks
- Monitoring and Management of System Alerts
- Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Other key responsibilities
- Documentation and knowledge sharing
- Communication with customers
- More than 3+ years of required experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role
- Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations
- Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
