IT Support Engineer (L2)

Job Summary

Provide advanced technical support for global clients, specializing in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and network services.

Job Highlights
  • Deliver L2 technical support for US & Canada clients
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory administration (user management, GPOs)
  • Hands-on with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience in virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
  • Skilled in DNS/DHCP configuration, DNS records management
  • Night shift schedule | Onsite in BGC, Taguig

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 3–5 years in IT Support / Systems Administration (L2 level)
  • Strong knowledge in AD, O365, Virtualization, DNS/DHCP
  • Excellent communication skills, open to shifting schedules (24x7)
