IT Support Engineer (L2)
Job Summary
Provide advanced technical support for global clients, specializing in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and network services.
Job Highlights- Deliver L2 technical support for US & Canada clients
- Strong expertise in Active Directory administration (user management, GPOs)
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience in virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Skilled in DNS/DHCP configuration, DNS records management
- Night shift schedule | Onsite in BGC, Taguig

- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 3–5 years in IT Support / Systems Administration (L2 level)
- Strong knowledge in AD, O365, Virtualization, DNS/DHCP
- Excellent communication skills, open to shifting schedules (24x7)
