Job Summary
The Marketing Associate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Sales teams, particularly in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. The role assists in the execution of marketing initiatives, coordination of sales support requirements, management and distribution of marketing collaterals, and logistics arrangements for promotional activities, events, and product launches.The Marketing Associate works closely with the Sales Team, Marketing Team, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing programs while maintaining brand standards and supporting overall business objectives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in marketing, trade marketing, sales support, or related functions is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in coordinating events, promotional activities, and marketing logistics is an advantage.
- Knowledge of marketing materials management and inventory monitoring is preferred.
- Background in FMCG, retail, pet care, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
- Preferably based in Mandaue City, Cebu.
