Marketing Associate
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Associate to support marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing, strong design skills, and the ability to create engaging content that enhances brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and supports the promotion of mall events and tenant offerings.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising Arts, or any related field
- At least 6 months of relevant marketing experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
- Knowledgeable in social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Skilled in photo and video editing
- Comfortable creating and appearing in video content, including vlogs
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create content and marketing materials for digital and social media platforms.
- Design graphics and edit photos and videos for brand communications.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Support the promotion and marketing of tenant products, services, and store campaigns to help drive foot traffic and sales within the mall.
- Coordinate with tenants in the development and execution of joint marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and implementing mall events, activations, exhibits, and seasonal campaigns to enhance customer experience and mall engagement.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on marketing performance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
