As a member of the team, this position will play an important role in helping leverage vast troves of data to generate insights and inform decisioning-making for internal clients across the globe.
We are seeking a Program Manager to help drive major initiatives, shape strategy and operating rhythms, and maximize the overall impact of the work we do. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and product management, experience working with analytics teams and experience leading global initiatives.Strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential for this position.
What you'll be doing- Lead end-to-end program management for workforce initiatives tied to analytics products (e.g., workforce planning tools, talent dashboards, attrition models).
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and adoption of data products.
- Design and execute change management strategies to support the rollout of analytics tools and insights.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and communication plans to drive user engagement and capability building.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, compliance, and program sustainability.
- Monitor program performance and implement continuous improvement practices based on feedback and analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline.
- Very strong experience in planning, estimating and execution using lean-agile techniques. Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence is preferred.
- Good understanding of one or more data and cloud platforms required - Big Data/Hadoop/Spark, Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, Tableau, data ingestion tools like Abnitio and cloud technologies like Snowflake, AWS, etc.
- Very strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in an ambiguous fast paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building within a diverse, cross-functional team.
