HR and Admin Internship Program
We are looking for a motivated HR and Admin Intern to join our team!
What to expect:
Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update records and databases as needed
Support onboarding and offboarding processes as needed
Assist in preparation and implementation of HR-related initiatives
Participate in organizing internal events, trainings, and engagement activities
Provide general administrative support to the team and other departments as needed (e.g., filing, documentation, record management)
Assist in procurement and inventory of office supplies
Assist in coordination of travel arrangements and meeting room bookings
Help in maintaining cleanliness and functionality of office premises
Encode data and support document standardization or compliance reporting as needed
Help with other administrative tasks when necessary
What we're looking for:
Student pursuing a degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any equivalent field; enrolled in the current academic year with a requirement to complete at least 300 internship hours.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
With a stable internet connection and availability to work at least 6 hours per day.
