Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company’s portfolio of clients by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing key accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, the ability to develop sales strategies, and a deep understanding of outsourcing services.The ideal candidate will work closely with company founders to contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets, including lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide outsourcing solutions.
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business development strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue projections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Relevant experience working with international clients and understanding the nuances of global markets.
- Relevant Digital B2B experience, digital client engagement, and tech-driven business development.
- Proven experience specifically in the BPO/outsourcing industry.
- Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and closing high-value contracts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
