Technical Recruiter (SBA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Source candidates using platforms and techniques like LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track key metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- Solid understanding of software engineering roles, technical stacks, and developer communities.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workable).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Setup: Must be amenable to report onsite at least 2x per week in Makati
