Talent Acquisition Consultant / IT Recruiter
Role Summary
The IT Recruiter supports Account Managers by managing the candidate side of IT recruitment for mid- to senior-level technology roles. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and relationship management, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while delivering qualified profiles aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements, role priorities, and timelines
- Source and engage IT candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical background, experience, and role fit
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer discussions
- Prepare and submit candidate profiles and updates to Account Managers for client endorsement
- Maintain accurate candidate records, pipelines, and trackers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with IT candidates for current and future roles
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring from an Executive Search or IT/BPO company
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Proficient in sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Candidate-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 4-day work week
