The opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly capable IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our Cantonese-speaking clients. Your bilingual skills in English and Cantonese will be a key asset in this position.
Key responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT issues via phone, email and chat
- Effectively document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or subject matter experts
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and procedures
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years' experience in an IT service desk or helpdesk role
- With experience in using ServiceNow as Ticketing Tool
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with common office software, hardware and network technologies
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and procedures
