Corporate Affairs Assistant (CEBU)
Cebu2World Development Inc., a subsidiary of Megawide Corporation, is looking for an organized and people-driven Corporate Affairs Assistant to support the execution of stakeholder relations, communications, and CSR programs.
As Cebu’s oldest public market enters a new chapter, Carbon Market is being transformed into a vibrant hub for food, culture, tourism, and commerce, while preserving its heritage and supporting the communities that keep it alive. This role plays a key part in ensuring that communication and community engagement efforts are well-supported and effectively executed on the ground.
Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Officer, this role provides administrative, coordination, and field support across stakeholder engagement, corporate communications, and CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics for stakeholder and community engagements, including invitations, venues, materials, attendance, and documentation.
- Maintain and update stakeholder directories, engagement trackers, and contact databases.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and track action items and follow-through activities.
- Draft routine communications such as advisories, announcements, community updates, captions, and FAQs for approval.
- Assist in preparing communication materials, including photo/video archiving, media kits, and Q&A documents.
- Support coordination and execution of CSR activities, including scheduling, logistics, volunteers, and partner coordination.
- Consolidate CSR reports and post-activity documentation for reporting purposes.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist in preparing reports, trackers, calendars, and administrative documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Communication, Social Work, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement, government relations, CSR, NGO work, or community development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willing to work onsite at Carbon Market, Brgy. Ermita, Cebu City, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
