Job Description:
- Assist the training team lead in facilitating trainings of employees for both internal & external trainings.
- Assist the training team lead in designing, preparing and conducting training programs/modules for manpower development and training for all employees
- Assist the training team lead in supervising the OJT program of the company
- Assist the training team lead in entertaining visitors from various schools for surveys and educational tours
- Assist the training team lead in performing orientation of OJT’s
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills & can work with minimum supervision
- Has background on the conduct of TNA, formulations of training programs & in facilitating trainings
