FPD is a food processing company primarily engaged in the manufacture of the globally renowned 7D brand of dried mangoes and other fruit products.

We are looking for a:

IT ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree of any course
• With IT-related knowledge or experience is an advantage but is not required
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
• Good time management (can work under pressure and meet deadlines)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (works well with others)
• Good with documentation, record-keeping, and able to adapt to systems and procedures
• Has a mindset to learn and experience new things

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• System Administration: Assists in installing and maintaining servers and workstations, implements IT security measures, and installs computer operating systems
• Network Management: Assists in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructures and troubleshooting network issues
• User Support: Assists in providing technical support to end-users, resolving hardware/ software / network issues. Assists in setting up new user accounts, workstations, and peripheral devices. Assists in the training of users on new systems, software, policies and procedures.
• IT Project Management: Assists in the planning and execution of IT security and process automation projects.
• IT Administrative Tasks: Assists in coordinating with vendors and external partners for procurement and support.
