Position Overview
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily operations, ensuring smooth administration of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support
- Post job advertisements and manage applications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate communications.
- Employee Records
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files.
- Ensure accuracy of employee information (contracts, benefits, leave records).
- Payroll & Benefits
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Track attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Onboarding & Training
- Support new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork.
- Coordinate training sessions, seminars, and employee development programs.
- Employee Relations
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing staff events and engagement activities.
- Compliance & Administration
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Communication skills – clear, professional, and empathetic.
- Organizational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail – accuracy in records and compliance.
- Team collaboration – works well across departments.
- Problem-solving – proactive in addressing employee concerns.
