Position Overview

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily operations, ensuring smooth administration of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support
  • Post job advertisements and manage applications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate communications.
  • Employee Records
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee information (contracts, benefits, leave records).
  • Payroll & Benefits
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Track attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Onboarding & Training
  • Support new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork.
  • Coordinate training sessions, seminars, and employee development programs.
  • Employee Relations
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing staff events and engagement activities.
  • Compliance & Administration
  • Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
