- Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal details, contracts, leave records).
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in HR systems.
- Recruitment Support
- Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Prepare onboarding documents and support new hire orientation.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Collect and verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and claims.

- Draft employment contracts, letters, and HR-related communications.

Qualification:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or local equivalents) are a plus.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) is advantageous.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
