  1. Employee Records Management
  • Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal details, contracts, leave records).
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in HR systems.
  1. Recruitment Support
  • Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and support new hire orientation.
  1. Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Collect and verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and claims.
  1. HR Documentation
  • Draft employment contracts, letters, and HR-related communications.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR processes.
  1. Compliance and Policy Support
  • Help ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in audits and reporting requirements.
  1. Employee Support
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  1. Training and Development Coordination
  • Schedule training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Track completion of mandatory courses or certifications.

Qualification:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or local equivalents) are a plus.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.

Other Attributes:
