The HR Staff is responsible for assisting the Key Accounts Officer in supervising the daily operational activities in relation to the services being provided to the members. She/He will be providing administrative and operations support. The HR Staff works together with the Coordinators and Generalists to provide high quality and timely assistance to the members.

Generally, HR Staff is responsible in maintaining member satisfaction. He is the liaison between the member and other internal departments.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, particularly in handling payroll, employee benefits, and government-mandated benefits claims (e.g., SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig).
  • Experience in coordinating with clients, handling inquiries, and preparing various HR-related documents (e.g., memos)
