Posted on 5 June 2025- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the kitchen and the entire Food & Beverage Production
- Developing a Culinary plan including creation of seasonal, monthly or annual menus to ensure quality satisfaction
- Monitoring operating costs, food costs by overseeing and comparing it to the cost of inventory, food orders and supplies
- Ensuring all kitchen equipment is running efficiently
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Proven experience as Executive Chef or relevant role for at least 5 years
- Advance knowledge of food professional principles and standards
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
- Knowledgeable and has expertise in Korean dishes and able to communicate in the Korean Language
