  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the kitchen and the entire Food & Beverage Production
  • Developing a Culinary plan including creation of seasonal, monthly or annual menus to ensure quality satisfaction
  • Monitoring operating costs, food costs by overseeing and comparing it to the cost of inventory, food orders and supplies
  • Ensuring all kitchen equipment is running efficiently
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience as Executive Chef or relevant role for at least 5 years
  • Advance knowledge of food professional principles and standards
  • Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
  • Knowledgeable and has expertise in Korean dishes and able to communicate in the Korean Language
