We are searching for an experienced HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team at I-Serve360 Corporation in Legazpi City, Albay. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving the HR strategy and operations within our company, ensuring we attract, develop and retain top talent.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and professional development
Providing guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures and best practices
Administering employee benefits and leave entitlements
Identifying and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture
Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation
Assisting with the development and roll-out of HR training programs
Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on strategic HR matters

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organization
Strong working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
Willing to travel to different business unit
