The Operations Officer oversees daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution. They ensure smooth coordination between departments, optimize processes, and maintain high service levels for clients.
Qualifications/Requirements- Graduate of Business Administration, Logistics Management, Operations Management, Transportation, or any related field.
- With at least 2–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, freight forwarding, or transport management.
(Background in cargo monitoring, warehouse management, or dispatch operations is highly desirable.)

Remarks
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitoring of branch performance and generating regular operational reports. Tracking cargo flow, ensuring timely deliveries, and minimizing operational delays.
- Preparing, checking, and filing shipping documents, waybills, and delivery receipts.
- Drafting and processing damage reports, claim settlements, and supporting documentation efficiently.
- Reporting Skills Competent in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, cargo volumes, and operational metrics.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communications.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in handling customer complaints, cargo claims, and damaged cargoes.
-Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and discipline in overseeing day-to-day operations.
-Ability to generate and interpret data-driven reports and present findings clearly.-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
