JOB DESCRIPTION AS BRANCH BANKING DEPARTMENT HEAD- Supervises operations of Cash and Clearing, ATM and remittance
- Supervises the daily operations of the Branch.
- Conducts annual performance appraisals on regular employees and periodic appraisals for regularization of probationary employees under supervision
- Bachelor's/College Graduate in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or finance.
- Must have at least 1 year experience as Branch Banking Department Head or any related field
- Strong interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills desired in both Mandarin and English.
