Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. The role focuses on supporting tax compliance and accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly and quarterly tax return schedules and managing electronic submissions.
• Issuing Certificates of Withholding Tax (BIR Form 2307) to suppliers.
• Assisting with business permit applications, renewals, and retirements.
• Monitoring and maintaining manual books of accounts.
• Facilitating document submissions to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
• Supporting BIR audits and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborating on section-specific projects.
• Analyzing revenue issuances and monitoring their impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in tax compliance or accounting (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Oracle systems is an advantage.
• Open for Fresh Graduates
