ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can aggressively grow our client base and drive revenue through strategic partnerships and client acquisition within the HR services and outsourcing industry.
Identify, prospect, and close new clients (BPO, corporate, SMEs, startups)
Offer solutions in:- Recruitment & Headhunting
- Manpower Outsourcing
- HR & Payroll Services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Handle social media marketing outreach
- Generate leads and execute marketing campaigns
(Preferably in manpower, BPO, or HR services)
