About the role

Join Advantage Club INC' as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in driving the company's growth and expansion plans across Metro Manila. As a full-time member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to secure high-value clients and partnerships for the company.

What you'll be doing
  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert prospects into paying customers
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
  5. Prepare detailed proposals, presentations and contracts to secure new business
  6. Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients
  7. Continuously monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities
  8. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing initiatives
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales/business development role, preferably within the Sales industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully identifying, pitching and securing new clients
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  4. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and meet client needs
  5. Proficient in using sales tools and technologies
  6. Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets
  7. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
